Treatment times are reserved specifically for you. When you make same day cancellations, or no show for your appointment, the therapist does not make an income, therefore we have implemented the following policy:

Cancellations less than 24 hours and any no shows, will result in 100% treatment charges to your credit card on file.

We understand emergencies and unforseen circumstances happen- if this occurs, please contact us ASAP, as exceptions MAY be made on a case by case basis.
